M92

Located in the constellation Hercules (the hero), globular cluster M92 is visible to the naked eye under very dark night skies. Globular clusters are tightly bound, spherical collections of hundreds of thousands, and sometimes millions, of stars. M92 has a diameter of 85 light-years, and may have a mass of up to 330 000 suns.
